Ozaki Intellectual Property Law is a law firm that offers legal services for intellectual property in Japan. The founder, Hiroaki Ozaki, has strong expertise in biotechnology and chemical inventions as well as abundant experience in patent prosecution both in Japan and foreign countries and regions.

Hiroaki Ozaki (Registration Number 19497)
He received his M.S. in Bioagricultural Science from Nagoya University in 2006.
He started his career in Morinaga Milk Industry Co., Ltd, as a production control staff member for beverages and milk. Then, he moved to an R&D section where he developed liquid diet products and adult care food products.
In 2013, he joined Morita & Yamaguchi where he was mainly engaged in the translation of English specifications into Japanese and the preparation of an Amendment and an Argument for the response to Office Actions notified by the Japanese Patent Office.
In 2017, he joined a patent professional corporation in Tokyo where he was engaged in various kinds of work, including, drafting specifications, providing legal comments, and responding to Japanese and foreign Office Actions.
